About Us
In 1999, as an introduction to Reiki, Suzanne Hill, a Reiki Master Teacher, and Lee-Ann Trigler, a ReikiMaster, collaborated to initiate a free Reiki Healing Clinic in Hanson, on the South Shore of Boston, Massachusetts. The general public was invited to experience a 10 to 15 minute mini-session between the hours of 7 and 9 pm.
What unfolded is testimony by Suzanne and Lee-Ann, as witnesses to results of the treatments they offered; improved quality of life, freedom from chronic and or acute pain, peace of mind, relaxation, hope. They envisioned something more, and thus, began the Haven for Healing Foundation.
In February of 2000, Lee-Ann and Suzanne opened the doors of the Haven for Healing Reiki Clinic for health challenged individuals who are seeking to complement their traditional medical regimens with a not so traditional healing method.
Our Mission
The Haven for Healing Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing education and integrative healing for the health challenged. To that end, we offer a number of opportunities to the public and community to aid us in fundraising in order to maintain the Clinic on a weekly basis.
Our Vision
Lee-Ann Trigler and Suzanne Hill, co-founders of the Foundation, have a vision:
to make affordable to, and assist in the healing process of those individuals who are:
- Frustrated with their current situation of ill health.
- Have investigated many traditional possibilities for recovery.
- Are in search of alternative methods of healing to complement their treatments.
- Have little or no resources to accomplish their goals.
